Gardening is a new hobby of mine, but I have always loved yard work. As silly as it may seem, even going outside to pull weeds in my front yardscape makes me feel better because it allows me to pause and just be outside with my plants.
I recently read This is Your Brain on Food by Uma Naidoo, MD and it was a great read! Dr. Naidoo is a psychiatrist at Harvard and she has a special interest in how nutrition affects mental health; she is also a trained chef.
