Spending Time In The Garden Is Healthy!

Gardening is a new hobby of mine, but I have always loved yard work.  As silly as it may seem, even going outside to pull weeds in my front yardscape makes me feel better because it allows me to pause and just be outside with my plants.

Drop the Stigma

Do you have trouble sleeping, experience mood fluctuations or generally feel anxious all the time? These can be symptoms of underlying mood disorders and can be treated if diagnosed properly.
